Full game room themed in Avengers with PS5 stations, basketball, air hockey, and a bar for the adults to watch. Outside is an oasis! You will want this to be your vacation destination for years to come!

Parking rules:

The HOA limited each property to a maximum of four (4) vehicles.

All vehicles must be parked completely within the home's driveway. Parking on the street or grass is not permitted and may result in enforcement action by the HOA.

Please make sure vehicles are not parked on streets, sidewalks, or grass, as they will be towed at the owner's expense without notice.

Charter buses, trailers, and boats are not allowed in Watersong Resort.

If you have more than 4 vehicles, they must be parked outside the resort.

This is a self-catering home. Upon your arrival, you'll find a handy starter supply, including 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 laundry pod, 2 trash bags, dish detergent, a sponge, and a set of toiletries per bathroom, including bath soap, shampoo, and conditioner. These items won't be restocked, so feel free to grab what you need during your stay.

Pool Heat cost: $45/day. Please request it at least 48 hours before check-in; otherwise, we may not be able to accommodate it. The pool heating must last for at least 3 days.

BBQ Grill
Option 1: Grill rental is $70. This covers cleaning and use of the grill only; the PROPANE TANK IS NOT INCLUDED, and we do not guarantee there will be gas left from the previous guest. If the tank runs out, you can exchange it at a local gas station or Walgreens (usually around $30).

Option 2 - Rental is $140. Full service, including refills, is Requests must be made at least 48 hours before check-in.

Pet fee: The house is pet-friendly, but your pet must be house-trained. The cost is $100 per pet for the whole stay.
